Mr. Arak Goes to Washington

My brother has just moved to DC (Mom and I drove him down) - He'll spend this year working for an NGO (non-governmental organization) called One World Youth Project [link] and then...who knows? He's already been to Mexico and China working on his documentaries... Did I mention he's my *little* brother? He impresses me every day.
